DIBUCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE, USP is the hydrochloride salt of Dibucaine and is among the most potent, toxic and long lasting local anesthetics which is usually restricted to spinal and topical anesthesia. It is also used in some topical hemorrhoid creams and is used for euthanasia of horses and cattle.
